How we work
Six things we do for every student.
We don't just teach Salesforce — we get you the credential, the resume, and the offer.
Source
We find motivated career-changers, not random applicants. Each cohort is screened for grit, curiosity, and clarity of why.
Train
12 weeks of instructor-led, hands-on Salesforce — across Admin, Developer, and Consultant tracks.
Certify
We prep you for the certs that hiring managers actually filter on, and we pay for the first voucher.
Resume
Our writers rebuild your resume and portfolio around your new Salesforce skills.
Market
We pitch your profile to a shortlist of hiring partners — you don't apply alone.
Place
A placement coach in your corner until you sign your offer letter. 90 days of on-the-job support after.
Pick a career path — we built the bundle for you.
Hiring managers post jobs by role, not by module. Our programs bundle the courses, certifications, and soft skills you need for a specific Salesforce role, in the right order, at a bundle price.

Who joins us
You don’t need to be a "tech person."
Our cohorts are full of teachers, hotel managers, veterans, parents returning to work, and people quietly Googling “how to change careers” at 11pm.

We publish what we measure.
Placement is the only KPI that matters. We commit to publishing a quarterly outcomes report — placement rate, time-to-offer, salary range, and methodology — starting after our first cohorts graduate.
Until then, we won’t publish numbers we can’t back up.
What our outcomes report will track
Placement rate within 6 months

Median time from graduation to offer

Our approach
Built on three commitments.
Cert-aligned curriculum
Every module maps to the official Salesforce exam blueprint. You learn what gets tested and what gets hired.
Live, instructor-led classes
Real instructors who hold the certifications you are working toward. Small cohorts. Direct access.
End-to-end placement support
Resume, LinkedIn, portfolio, interview prep, and 1:1 coaching until you sign your offer.
We feature alumni stories on this site only with written consent. We do not use stock photos or invented testimonials.

Quick answers
The five questions everyone asks.
How much does the program cost, and do you offer payment plans?
Tuition is published transparently on the Program page. We split tuition into 3 monthly payments at no extra cost — set up during your enrollment call. No financing decisions are made at the application stage.
Do I need a tech or coding background?
No. The Admin and Consultant tracks have no coding. The Developer track introduces Apex and LWC from scratch — about half our developer cohort comes from non-tech jobs.
Can I work full-time while doing the program?
The full-time program is intensive (35–40 hrs/week). The part-time program (24 weeks, evenings + weekends) is designed for people keeping their job.
Do you guarantee a job?
We don't make guarantees. We will publish our placement rate quarterly starting with our first cohorts. Our refund policy is on the Program page.
What if I don't pass my certification?
Your first voucher for each certification is included in your tuition. If you don't pass on the first attempt under our voucher policy, we cover a retake voucher and pair you with a tutor at no extra cost. Eligibility (course completion, 80%+ on the final mock, sit within 90 days) is on our Voucher Policy.
