Cost & financing
How much does the program cost?
Tuition depends on the program you pick. Programs range from $1,700 (part-time, Marketing Cloud Specialist) to $4,800 (full-time, Salesforce Developer). Individual courses start at $700. See programs.html for the full breakdown. First exam voucher is included for each covered certification.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We split your tuition into 3 monthly payments at no extra cost — no finance charges, no credit check. Set up during your enrollment call.
What's your refund policy?
Full refund through end of week 2. Prorated refund through end of week 4. After week 4, refunds are evaluated case-by-case.
Time commitment
How many hours per week?
Full-time: 35–40 hrs/week including class, project work, and self-study. Part-time: 18–22 hrs/week with evening + weekend live sessions.
Can I keep my full-time job?
Yes, on the part-time track. The full-time track is not compatible with a 40-hr/week job.
Is it remote, in-person, or hybrid?
Online live-cohort by default. Some cities have optional in-person study groups; if you're local we'll connect you.
Prerequisites
Do I need a tech or coding background?
No for the Admin and Consultant tracks. The Developer track introduces Apex and LWC from scratch — about half our developer cohort comes from non-tech jobs.
Do I need a degree?
No degree required. We screen for grit, curiosity, and a clear "why" — not credentials.
What hardware do I need?
A laptop with 8GB+ RAM and a stable internet connection. We provide all Salesforce environments and software access.
Placement & outcomes
Do you guarantee a job?
We don't make guarantees. We will publish our placement rate quarterly starting with our first cohorts. Our refund policy is on the Program page.
What if I don't pass my certification?
Your first voucher for each certification is included in your tuition. If you don't pass on the first attempt under our voucher policy, we cover a retake voucher and pair you with a tutor at no extra cost. Eligibility (course completion, 80%+ on the final mock, sit within 90 days) is on our Voucher Policy.
How long does the job hunt take?
We will publish median time-to-offer and placement rates in our quarterly outcomes report, starting with our first cohorts.
After the program
Do I get lifetime access?
Yes. Alumni Slack, refresher modules, and advanced cert prep at cost are available for life.
What about visa / location?
The program is open to international students. Placement is most reliable for candidates with US, UK, EU, or Canadian work authorization.
Can I come back for advanced certs?
Yes. Alumni get 50% off any future course and free access to the next-level cert prep modules.
