Eligibility — the small print
To receive your covered voucher (first attempt or retake), all three of these need to be true:

Complete the course
All modules and capstone projects finished by the end of your cohort.

Score 80%+ on the mock
Pass a final mock exam at 80% or higher so we know you’re ready.

Sit within 90 days
Take the certification within 90 days of finishing the course.
Retake vouchers follow the same rules — one retake per certification covered, and you sit the retake within 90 days of your first attempt. Third-party fees we have already paid on your behalf are non-refundable per our Refund Policy. Salesforce administers all certification exams; we are not the certifying body.
We will publish first-attempt pass rates by course in our quarterly outcomes report, starting with our first graduating cohorts.
